Our services include Employer of Record (EOR), Business Process Consulting, IT Managed Services, Adult Language Services, Research and Development (R&D), and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), designed to empower businesses and individuals in Canada and the United States (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

2. Use of Services

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. Our Services are available to individuals and businesses in Canada and the United States.
  • Permitted Use: You may use our Services for lawful purposes related to engaging with our EOR, consulting, IT, language training, R&D, or BPO services, or accessing website content. This includes submitting inquiries via our Request Form, participating in projects, or accessing information on our website.
  • Prohibited Conduct: You may not use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including distributing harmful content, infringing intellectual property, or interfering with the operation of our Services.

Our website includes a Request Form for inquiries about our Services. When you submit the Request Form, you may provide:

This information is used solely to:

5. Use of Template and Images

Our website uses a commercially licensed WordPress template, including stock photos and visuals. These images are:

  • Licensed with the template, or
  • Royalty-free assets obtained legally.

These images are for illustrative purposes only and do not depict Anone’s staff, clients, or service users.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and Services, including text, graphics, logos, service descriptions, and software, is owned by or licensed to Anone Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in Canada and the United States.   • Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anone’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed CAD $100.
  • Exclusions: Anone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our Services, including EOR, consulting, IT, language training, R&D, or BPO activities.

11. Termination

  • By Anone: We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or engagement with our Services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, including misuse of our website or submission of unlawful User Content.
  • By You: You may discontinue using our Services at any time. To cease engagement, contact us at administration@anone.ca.
  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access our website or engage with our Services ceases, but these Terms’ provisions on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law will survive.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles, for all disputes, including those arising in the United States.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Montreal, Quebec, in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website (www.anone.ca). Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website.
